With over a decade of experience across roles in claims investigation, learning and development, and underwriting strategy, Randi brings a unique blend of operational expertise and people-centric leadership to every endeavor. At Travelers Insurance, she leads a dynamic team focused on underwriting governance and quality assurance, driving operational efficiency while championing innovation and talent development.
